What makes this pair particularly special is their very unusual driverless configuration. Both cars feature fully detailed open cockpits with steering wheels, instrumentation, racing seats, mirrors and red BOSS harnesses, yet neither model was fitted with a driver figure. Finding both the Andretti #7 and Senna #8 together in this matching configuration makes this an especially interesting pair for the serious McLaren or Formula One collector.
Each model wears the iconic red-and-white McLaren livery with beautifully preserved period Shell, Goodyear, Ford, Courtaulds, BOSS and McLaren markings. The cars feature detailed suspension, large Goodyear racing slicks, front and rear aerodynamic elements and the distinctive lines of the MP4/8.
