The T.V. works. It has white paint splatter on screen & black frame shown in photos. This has light dust & light scratches. The volume is stuck on 25. Neither T.V. or remote volume works to increase or decrease the volume. Remote works. Remote has light dirt. Batteries included however we are not sure how much juice is left in batteries.
