Will you please mail me to this hotel a copy of your little ...pamphlet \"Rules for Making Money\" by PT Barnum or some similar title. A friend of mine at the West desires to see it as he has heard of it & also desires to know confidentially, the lowest price for which you sell him 10,000 copies to start on, & how little you will ask for the 2nd 10,000 - then for a 3rd 10,000...He says he would not attempt it unless he thought he could sell from 50,000 to 100,000 copies at a very big profit. He is energetic, earnest & perfectly good to pay cash for whatever he may order.
