This Pikachu is illustrated by Shinji Kanda, one of the thirty artists invited to draw their own Pikachu for the 30th anniversary of the Pokemon Trading Card Game.

To celebrate 30 years of the Pokemon Trading Card Game, 30 different artists each drew their own Pikachu, and every booster pack of 30th CELEBRATION contains exactly one of them. This is 18/30 of that lineup.
