This base assembly comes complete with thewater management systemwhich is the power unit for the entire cleaner. It disperses high-pressure water throughout the parts that need it to operate the cleaner. It gives it the power to suck and pull the dirt and debris off your pool\'s surface via the jets while thebase assemblyhouses and acts as a protective cover ensuring no outside influence can affect this unit as it operates.
Both parts are white except for the hose clamps needed for the WMS, the base assembly also has a large mouth on its bottom side for the dirt and debris to travel up through and into theall-purpose bagwhere it can then be disposed of. The water management system lies along the bottom of the base assembly connected by a few rubber hoses andhose clamps. Making them both easy to identify and locate for cleaning or replacement.
