For your consideration is this magnificent and exceptionally rare antique Nippon porcelain vase, standing an impressive 12.5 inches tall. Unlike common twin-handled varieties, this premium piece features a highly desirable 3-handled configuration, dividing the bulbous body into three distinct, beautifully hand-painted panels.
The vase showcases an exquisite Art Nouveau design heavily influenced by Western aesthetics of the era. Each panel features meticulously hand-painted multi-colored peacocks nestled within elegant scalloped and heart-shaped framing. The vase is lavishly decorated with continuous gold gilt scrollwork, geometric border accents, and extensive raised \"moriage\" (slip-trail) beaded detailing that remains beautifully defined.
The base bears the authentic, period-correct blue/green backstamp reading \"Hand Painted Nippon,\" dating this piece strictly between 1891 and 1921.Details
