THE NUTRASWEET CONNECTIONThis program appears to have been produced in connection with Diet Pepsi’s major 1984–1985 reformulation from a saccharin/aspartame blend to 100% NutraSweet (aspartame).Pepsi-Cola announced in November 1984 that it would eliminate saccharin from its diet colas and convert to 100% NutraSweet, with the reformulated products rolling out nationally around the beginning of 1985.This appears to be an original Pepsi corporate sales, employee, bottler or promotional presentation rather than a commercially released consumer video.Includes the original vintage Diet Pepsi/NutraSweet branded case and matching videocassette shown in the photographs.Condition: Vintage condition with visible age, staining, discoloration and storage wear to the case and labels.
