RARE “ANDY WARHOL’S THREE COKE BOTTLES 1962,” 1990 PRINT, LAMINATED For Sale

This “Three Coke Bottles/1962” vintage art poster is iconic Andy Warhol advertising design & is one of my favorites, since I’m from Atlanta, GA. Where we only drink Coca Cola! I love the bottle green colors he incorporated into the lettering combined with the red classic cursive CC logo. Originally bought at the High Museum of Art gift shop in Atlanta in 1990, the poster states that in the printing on the far right: “1990 The Estate and Foundation of Andy Warhol. Used under license from Schlaifer Nance & Co., Inc., Atlanta, GA, USA, All Rights Reserved.” See Photo 3. On the far left, the red lettering states “Andy Warhol. THREE COKE BOTTLES. 1962. Acrylic and silkscreen on canvas. 20” x 16” (50,8 x 40,6 cm). See Photo 4.In the middle, the red lettering states “NOUVELLES IMAGES S.A. Editeurs. 45700 Lombreux, France. Offset printed in France. First edition. M433.” Photo 2. So yes: “Made in France!”Since we were moving so much back in the 20th century, a boyfriend fixed the ripped edge w/ white duct tape & LAMINATED it. No, we’re not tog any more. LOL. Still this is a fun Pop Art piece by the wack Warhol! AND why it’s priced significantly lower than others of the same on (b/c of lamination). The 2-3 others listed range from $800 - $5000 & please note, are also newer versions from 1998, printed in Germany.
