RARE M42 50mm f1.8 Carl Zeiss Jena PANCOLAR RED MC MINT Condition lens
Excellent cosmetic condition with very minor signs of handling wear. Please see photos for visual reference. Cosmetically, I would rate this lens a 9+ condition. This lens is in proper working order; the focus ring and aperture ring turn smoothly, and the glass is clean and clear with no signs of fungus, balsam separation, or haze. This is a vintage lens, so as expected, you may see small dust particles and a few very faint wear marks when viewing the glass elements with a bright flashlight. These have no effect on image quality - the lens produces beautiful images!
The lens comes with a rear cap and a UV filter that has been kept on the lens to protect the front element.
It can easily be adapted to modern digital mirrorless system via adapters (not included with this sale.)
