Rare plated Alden 96288 color 8 Horween burgundy shell cordovan penny loafers in 11.5D on the Alden Leydon last. These were $994 new. Made in the USA, very high quality shoes. As I understand, the 96288 is a rare makeup for a few specific shops (I only know of Alden Madison and Sherman Brothers). These were made specifically for Sherman Brothers as seen on the insole.Selling simply because I don’t fit them well enough to keep wearing them. They have not been worn excessively as you can see from the outsoles.
