Rare discontinued Studio 2 Models 1/48-scale MiG-31 “Firefox” multimedia resin model kit, based on the fictional Soviet fighter featured in the 1982 Clint Eastwood film Firefox.
This is a large limited-production garage kit measuring approximately 430 mm (16.9 inches) long with a 320 mm (12.6 inches) wingspan. The kit includes the large resin airframe casting and assorted resin, clear and metal components shown in the photographs.
This is an older advanced-modeling kit manufactured primarily from resin. Cleanup, test fitting, filling, sanding and modeling experience will be required. It is not a modern injection-molded plastic kit.
Condition:
• Previously opened and unbuilt
• Main airframe has not been assembled or painted
• Smaller components are bagged
• Parts have not been individually inventoried; everything included is shown in the photographs
• Original cardboard box is heavily worn, crushed and taped from storage
• Please examine all photographs carefully for the exact contents and condition
