INSTRUCTIONS: How to utilize our rebuild service for your transaxle parts
Contact us with your request for a K46 / K57 / K62 / K66 rebuild, providing details such as the tractor brand, year, model, and symptoms of your transaxle.
Ship your parts to us. Ensure each component - aluminum center base, pump, and motor - is individually wrapped in thick towels and placed in plastic bags. Include a note inside the package with your name, username, return address, email address, and phone number.
Inform us of the carrier and tracking number once your parts have been shipped.
Upon receiving your parts, we will assess their condition and notify you if they are eligible for rebuilding.
If your parts can be rebuilt, we will prompt you to proceed to our listing and click "Buy It Now."
After receiving payment, we will complete the rebuild within 2 to 5 working days and ship your parts back to you.
The total turnaround time, including shipping, will be approximately 7-10 days, depending on your location.
- If rebuilding your parts is impossible, we also have rebuilt parts in stock for sale. Additional costs apply, and inventory varies. If you wish to have your old parts returned without repair, a $19 return shipping fee applies.
The following parts must be sent (refer to the picture):
- Rotor motor with pistons assembly
- Rotor pump with washer, bypass 3 mm (1/8”) dowel pin, and pistons assembly
- Aluminum center base with IDS (if equipped)
