Rare 1796 to 1797 Draped Bust Silver Half Dime- Small Eagle Reverse- Wooden Case For Sale

For sale is a Rare Silver 1796 to 1797 Draped Bust Half Dime, with the Small Eagle reverse.

This Silver Draped Bust Half Dime has been in my personal collection for years now, excellently displayed on a hardwood high quality dark wood holder. The obverse side of this coin is very worn with no visible date, and it has been identified by the characteristic design of the Small Eagle on the reverse, which only had two years of circulation, 1796 and 1797. So the date is either 1796 or 1797.

This coin on both sides has lots of wear, and the obverse side has small scratches throughout and a small dent in the center. The wood holder itself is used and has a small dent or knick as pictured as well.
