This book is in good used condition for its age. It has some places on the cover both front and back and middle where it has had water drops on it a long time ago. The front end page has some torn away part on the lower inside corner that goes through with a tiny hole (about a 16th of an inch diameter) the next page. The four edge upper right has some dented corners, but not bad. The previous owner wrote their name on the front end Paige dated 3-27-36. Other than that, all the pages are crisp and clean and free from writing or markings. The binding is strong and secure please view photos for more details.
