Presented here is a lovely and rare brooch made by legendary costume jewelry designer, Marcel Boucher. This is an Asian, Thai or Siamese dancing lady figural. It is approx 2-1/4\" long and features faux pearls, coral and turquoise enameled stones set in bright, shiny gold tone.It is marked on the back as shown with the copywrite symbol, BOUCHER and inventory number, 1060P. I believe this dates the piece in the late 1950s.The pin back works fine. There are several tiny scratches to the enamel \"face\" that I couldn\'t really see except under magnification. The bigger white spot on the face is merely reflection off the gleaming surface. I tried all different ways to photograph without any reflection, but no luck. The piece is in excellent, pre-owned condition, which means it is not perfect. Please review the photos carefully to determine any possible condition issues for yourself.
