Here offered is a very interesting and unusual locality specimen from near Walkerville in northern Butte. The specimen has a large portion of pink rhodonite on one side of the specimen with inclusions of galena, sphalerite and pyrite. The other side has a small band of the aforementioned sulfide minerals as well as them being sprinkled across the quartz. The large end of the specimen is covered in quartz crystal-lined vugs covered with a thick covering of manganese minerals adding some very interesting character to this specimen.
