Lot of three rare University of North Dakota Fighting Sioux commemorative pint glasses from the 2001-2002 season, the first season at the new Ralph Engelstad Arena.
Front: full-color Fighting Sioux logo ringed by "Ralph Engelstad Arena – Home of the Fighting Sioux"
• "Commemorative Glass 2001-2002" printed below the logo
• Back: Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar sponsor logo in black
• Standard 16 oz pint size
• Heavy clear glass
These were a local promotional item for the arena's opening season, so they were never widely distributed. UND retired the Fighting Sioux name and logo in 2012, and nothing carrying it is made or sold anymore. A matching set of three is hard to find.
Condition: Excellent. The graphics are bright with no fading or dishwasher wear, and there are no chips or cracks.
Great for a home bar, hockey room, or UND collection. Each glass is wrapped individually and double boxed. From a smoke-free home.
