Ultra-Rare Official Nintendo NES Indian version
This is a, REAL Nintendo-licensed system — an official Indian version of the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES), distributed by Samurai Electronics Pvt. Ltd. for Nintendo in the late 1980s.
Nintendo could not directly operate in India at the time in the 80s so Nintendo partnered with Samurai Electronics Indian video game company to officially release the NES in the region. This makes it one of the most unique and historically significant versions of the console ever produced.
* Rarity: Only around 60,000 units were sold in India originally, and it’s estimated that only 15-20 complete-in-box (CIB) exists now
* Authenticity: The side of the box states “Distributed by Nintendo of Japan”, confirming its official licensing.
* Condition: Please note that the box shows signs of age-related wear. The side flaps on both ends are missing, and the packaging is fragile due to its age. Please handle with great care when opening or displaying.
