This is a string-bound portfolio of photographs ofRichmond Virginia from 1902. The photographshave a beautiful sepia tone and lots of detail.
There are 24 pages plus the pictorial cover.Most of the photographs are full page. Afew of the pages have two or three smaller photos. Each print is mounted onto thick textured gray paper by all four corners. The page measures11x9 inches (28 x23 cm). The full-page photos measure approximately 7.5 x5.5 inches (19 x 13 cm).
Produced by the Albertype Company as a set of mechanical photogravure prints. It is dated 1902.
