The document confirms it was acquired at an art sale aboard the Island Princess on February 14, 2005. Condition:
The artwork and frame are in excellent condition. There are a few small spots on the matting and a slight scuff mark on the plexiglass in the center left portion, which can probably be buffed out if you notice it and it bothers you.
