Does have cosmetic wear around it
Buttons and knobs are all accounted for
Unit does power up when plugged in
Protector light goes on when shutting off the device
I put an antenna to see if the signal bar rises and it does when using the tuning function
I plugged in a small speaker to test the sound and nothing really came out / just really low
So this device will need to be serviced / repaired to get it in better shape
Reason why this is being sold for parts / repair as-is.
