SANYO M9930 AM/FM Boombox Cassette Tape Recorder – Gray/Black – Mic/Phones – Vintage
Vintage SANYO M9930 AM/FM cassette boombox in good overall used cosmetic condition for its radio has been tested and is working
Cassette deck is not working
Cassette motor can be heard humming, but the tape mechanism does not operate
Volume control works but produces a scratchy/static sound when adjusted and would benefit from cleaning/service
Other functions have not been fully tested unless specifically stated above
Cosmetic Condition:
The boombox is in pretty good overall condition considering its age. It does show normal signs of previous use and long-term storage, including some dust, scratches, scuffs, and other age-related wear.
Please review all photos carefully, as they are part of the item description.
Please see the included video for a demonstration and reference of the unit\'s current functionality and condition.
Because the cassette deck requires repair/service, this vintage boombox is being sold as-is, for repair/restoration or parts.
A nice candidate for a vintage audio collector or someone interested in restoring classic SANYO portable audio equipment.
