Vintage Stanley No. 71 Router Plane in exceptionally nice condition.
This example appears to have been very lightly used and has been extremely well preserved. The metal is clean and bright, the black handles are in excellent condition, and the adjustments operate as they should.
Includes the original Stanley No. 71 box along with the inner cardboard packaging, original Stanley-printed protective wrapping paper, rust-preventive paper, and the accessories shown in the photos.
The original box does show expected age and storage wear, but the router plane itself is in outstanding vintage condition.
A beautiful, well-preserved Stanley No. 71 that would make an excellent addition to a vintage woodworking tool collection.
