So this Saddlemen seat is yet another thing I ordered for a motorcycle but did not end up using before I got rid of that motorcycle. In this case, it was for my Indian FTR 1200.Doing what everybody else does, I figured it was a good idea to purchase this for my bike because it looked cool and promised to be more comfortable than the factory seat on the FTR. Upon receiving it, I installed it on the bike to make sure that it fit correctly, which it did, and then promptly put it back in the box to put on later. Shortly thereafter, the bike was traded in and I was left with a new seat that was of no use to me.I listed the description as “new - other” because it was removed from the packaging and installed, but it was never even sat on, ridden, or even saw the light outside my air conditioned garage. If I would’ve kept the box sealed, I would have listed it as “New”, but I figured for full disclosure and clarity I figured I would make the distinction. However, it is new.Chances are if you’re looking at this you know what it fits, but if it is anything other than an Indian FTR, it is not going to fit.
