NOTE: This Holy Store has received many inquiries regarding the Feather which touched this card. During Padre Pio\'s life, he was known to be very special through his actions and his Stigmata. His fellow Capuchin Friar Monks carefully protected and preserved Pio\'s few belongings, including his bed pillow. When he died, the Friars distributed the tiny downy feathers to other Monasteries, as common with highly protected and preserved Relics. Each tiny Feather from his Monastery bed pillow was preserved and one of those Feathers, courtesy of a Capuchin Friar, was used to create this Holy Card during a highly respectable and lengthy Sacred Blessing ceremony. The Feather definitely suitably touched this Holy Card over the area shown by the printed Feather. The tiny downy Feather, as are used in Feather pillows, was then returned to its protective capsule.Wow. This is really a nice Relic Card.
While other Relic Cards boast of touching a saint\'s blood or burial dust or bone or ashes or body part, this little card is wonderful enough to sleep on.
The card\'s image shows a feather. A real feather from Saint Padre Pio\'s own personal feather pillow was touched to the image of the feather, in a blessing ceremony.
This is such a fabulous card. So very nice. A fine quality stiff card, semi-glossy, about 3 x 4 inches.
The card\'s creator obtained the special Padre Pio feather from an Order of St. Francis who had preserved it, and chose to share it with the world by arranging this special Relic Card.
