This is a Signode Model Lt 1/2 to 3/4 inch strapping tool and a Signode Model C3423 standard steel strapping tensioner. Also included is a 1.3-pound bag of Signode 1/2 inch and 3/4 inch seals. The tools have surface rust (see pics) but they are in good serviceable condition.
