Sony Handycam DCR-DVD108 Digital DVD Camcorder in very good pre-owned cosmetic condition.
Manufactured in March 2007, this Sony Handycam records directly to Mini DVD media and features a Carl Zeiss lens with 40x optical zoom.
Tested Operation
The camcorder has been tested for basic operation and powers on and operates using both power sources:
Included Sony AC-L200 AC power adapter — tested and working
Included Sony NP-FH70 rechargeable Li-ion battery — charged, tested and currently working
Photos are included showing the camera operating from the AC adapter with the battery removed, as well as operating from the battery with the AC adapter disconnected.
Because the battery is an older rechargeable battery with an unknown usage history, its remaining capacity and lifespan cannot be guaranteed.
The DVD compartment opens and closes properly. However, I do not have compatible Mini DVD recording media available, so DVD recording/writing and disc playback have not been tested. These functions should be considered untested.
