Vintage Sony STR-V7 stereo receiver in good overall cosmetic condition for its age.The receiver powers on and is working. Both channels produce sound and both meters are functioning. I have tested it for basic operation and it plays well.One issue I noticed is with the volume control. When increasing the volume, the actual sound level will sometimes take a moment to respond/catch up. It does work, but the volume operation is not always immediate or perfectly consistent. I have not diagnosed the cause and am selling it with this issue disclosed.The receiver appears to be in original, unrestored condition. It has not been recapped or refurbished to my knowledge. Due to its age, I cannot guarantee original components or how it will perform long-term.Cosmetically, it shows normal signs of age and use.
