Stevenson Child\'s Garden of Verses 1885 2nd edition Longman\'s VG:
$150.00
Very good, bright copy of the Second Edition of Stevenson\'s Child\'s Garden of Verses, issued in 1885 just a few months after the first edition. Very slight wear to top and bottom of spine, but no loss. Just a little rubbing to the corners and a tiny bit of shelf wear to the bottom edge. Top edge gilt, other edges uncut. Neat previous owner\'s signature to the front free end paper, and an unexplained small neat circle on the fixed endpaper (see photo). It would be hard to find a nicer copy than this one. Please see my other listings for more early and/or illustrated copies of A Child\'s Garden of Verses. Feel free to inquire if you are looking for something specific.
