Sourced from Houston, Texas, this advanced composite material acts as a thermal barrier, keeping your intake air temperatures (IATs) lower for consistent power delivery—tested during our brutal Phoenix summers.

Designed and manufactured right here in Arizona, this intake combines the chemical resistance of ASA with the structural rigidity of glass fiber reinforcement, ensuring it stands up to vibration, oil, and extreme under-hood temperatures.

Why Glass Fiber ASA?

We chose Zyltech ASA-GF for one reason: Performance reliability in harsh Heat Soak: Metal pipes act as heaters for your intake air. Our Glass Fiber-enforced ASA material has significantly lower thermal conductivity, insulating the cold air inside from the hot engine bay.
