This is the result.Our frame is built from lightweight, ASTM B221 conforming aluminum tubing, delivering a 30% reduction in weight compared to similar aftermarket frames while increasing strength and rigidity over the standard issue ALICE frame. Because every ounce counts in the field, we replaced all rivets with welded joints for superior durability—no more popped rivets—and eliminated sharp edges that snag gear. The redesigned crossbar bends away from the body, creating better airflow to keep you cooler and providing enough clearance to wear standard 10\"x12\" hard armor plates comfortably.
