Terry Redlin “The Birch Line” signed and numbered artist’s proof lithograph, 65/96. Includes the original Certificate of Authenticity from The Wooden Bird Galleries.
Terry Redlin was an American artist known for detailed wildlife scenes and nostalgic portrayals of rural life. Raised in Watertown, South Dakota, he drew on his time outdoors to create paintings that tell a story. In “The Birch Line,” a young buck pauses among the birch trees while two other deer move away. U.S. ART magazine named Redlin “America’s Most Popular Artist” each year from 1991 through 1998.
The print bears a 1982 copyright, and its certificate states that it was published in August 1982. This is an artist’s proof from the separately numbered edition of 96, with the edition marking and Redlin’s pencil signature visible on the front.
Unframed, with backing board, and still in protective plastic wrapping. I have not removed it to inspect the paper beneath the plastic. Please review all photos for visible condition details. The print and certificate pictured are the ones you will receive.
