This is the Boyds Bears Rudy Rednose resin garden statue (style #6514521) from The Boyds Collection Ltd., released in December 2005. The wooden
Sign is NOT the original. The Sign was replicated from the original.
Collectibility: Boyds resin pieces from this era were retired after Enesco acquired the brand in 2008 and phased out the line by 2014, making them sought-after secondary-market collectibles.
The Boyds Collection TBC 2005 Boyd’s Bear’s Garden Statues are 14”H Rudy Rednose statues in a 1960's/1970's pattern. These large brown bears are made of wood and resin, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Perfect for Christmas, these solar and battery-powered statues can be placed on the porch, balcony, kitchen, or under the Christmas tree. The charming animal-themed garden statues from Boyds are a delightful addition to any outdoor decor. It’s vintage and I’m not sure if it works but it’s solar so probably does.
