An Atlantic Records Commemorative Piece, Personally Signed by Tori Amos

This is a large 18 X 33 plexi-glass and wood framed display combining a full spread of “Under the Pink” album art, lyric sheets, and CD, alongside an official plaque reading: “Presented to 99X- WNNX, Atlanta, to commemorate the sale of more than 500,000 copies of the Atlantic Records casette and C.D. ‘Under the Pink.’”

Tori Amos personally signed and inscribed the display in black marker: “99X, with love, Tori Amos”. It reflects the close relationship between the artist and 99X during the height of the alternative rock era.

This piece comes from the collection of one of the original DJs at 99X, a longtime fixture of Atlanta radio since 1992, who helped build 99X (WNNX) into an alternative rock powerhouse. Pieces like this hung in the station and marked its role in breaking major artists of the era, including Tori Amos

Condition: Under plexiglass in a wood frame. The frame itself shows notable wear: chipped black finish at corners and edges. There’s some separation between the plexiglass and frame at top inner edge. The display contents themselves, the album art, lyric sheets, CD, plaque, and autograph, are in excellent condition. Vivid and well-preserved.
