Grooved/notched and slightly pinched nickel silverbolsters, with the oval "Troublesome Creek" emblem.
Never used, never sharpened, never carried, gently cleaned. Knife has been in my sole possession for thelast 20 years.
Arced match strike pulls. Nice balance between strong springs andthumbnail capable. Faint half-stops onall four blades, which slam shut with a "Click!"
Original box and wax paper wrap included.
Pictures are not of the actual knife the Buyer will receive, but there is very little overall appearance difference in this production runof knives. Theseparticular bone jigged handles are very well done; Case calls the pattern “DoubleCut” . . . similar to “Corn Cob”, only different. J
Blades are sharp right out of the box with their manufactured edge.
Troublesome Creek Knives, another KyKnives design basedventure with actual manufacture in China. Qualityprobably commensurate with Rough Rider. At the very least, they build an attractivequality knife that is rugged enough to stand up to heavy daily use. A collector’s item? Maybe not.
