This BEAUTIFUL cotton 40's/50's red, blue and pale yellow love birds / dove quilt is all hand appliqued and hand quilted, with hand embroidered accents.
It measures 74" X 84" and is excellent condition, with a couple of small, faint spots and no wear. The quilt feels strong and sturdy overall.
There is hand quilting around and within the applique and in floral/leaf designs in the background, all at 6-7 stitches to the inch.
The back is white, the hand stitched binding is solid orange, and the batting is thin.
