US #235a 1893 6c red violet “Columbus at Barcelona” *pink back*, MLH/VF;$130 SCV:
$95.00
Scarce “pink-back” version in strong red violet color (analine ink), an interesting variety. The photos don’t do the color on the reverse justice, it’s quite dramatic.
