Unusual Octagonal Antique/Vintage Imari Plate Japan or China, Ming Chenghua Mark For Sale

DESCRIPTION:
Striking little antique or vintage octagonal Imari plate from China or Japan. Each of the 8 sides have a slight concave curve to them, giving the plate a very elegant look. Cobalt blue and turquoise underglaze decoration on a white porcelain body, with red and gold overglaze decoration and detail.
I am no expert in Oriental porcelain, so I am unsure of the exact age and origin of the plate. It has what I believe is the Chinese Chenghua mark on the underside, but I understand this was also used on later pieces.
The plate measures about 6\" by 6\". The design features flowers, leaves and branches, some geometric designs, and a mountain with clouds overhead and temple roof with tree repeated at each of the four corners.
Very good condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. Some wear to the gold overglaze paint on the outside edges of the plate, and just a bit on the ring surrounding the 3 central flowers in the middle of the plate (please see last 2 pictures).
