I include one extra bolt each just in case as well!
Torque for Rocker bolts (M8) - 28LBS/FT
Torque for Cam bolts (M6) - 12LBS/FT
Your decision but I recommend a small amount of oil tolerant blue thread locker just in case, just make sure to let it set for a few minutes before torquing so it doesn't act as a lubricant and affect the torque, with or without it is fine. Just my preference.
