Up for sale is an incredibly rare piece of underground comix and independent film history. This original 1990 promotional/crew T-shirt features striking, exclusive artwork by the legendary S. Clay Wilson (pioneer of the 1960s/70s underground movement and core contributor to Zap Comix).
The graphic was commissioned by independent filmmaker Brian Anthony in 1990 to build interest for his film \"Victor\'s Big Score\" (which premiered in 1992). The bottom of the graphic clearly displays the original copyright text: \"© 1990 for Bryan\" (referencing the director).
Because the film had an extremely limited distribution, these promotional garments were never mass-produced for retail and are virtually impossible to find today. This is an absolute must-have for any serious S. Clay Wilson completist, outlaws of comix collector, or indie cinema historian.CONDITION DETAILS (PLEASE READ BEFORE offerDING):
