Estate fresh original double-sided watercolor by California artist Nat Levy. One side is a village of dark-roofed houses set behind trees and tall grass, signed lower right NAT LEVY. The reverse is a garden scene with a woman holding a parasol and flowers beside a picket gate, with another figure on the porch at left.
The garden side has mat glue residue across the surface. The house side (SIDE A Signed) does not have this residue.
Levy worked in the California watercolor tradition and is known for Bay Area and regional scenes. Both sides are original works on the same sheet.
