Vintage 1940s Heyer low voltage circuit tester Model QMC 1-42. Manufactured for the United States Quartermaster Corps during WWII by Heyer Products Company Incorporated .This Unit was used for maintaining and repairing military jeeps,trucks and other gas engine equipment. Will also work on old cars using generators, non electronic voltage regulators, batteries etc. Has a switch for 6 or 12 volt. Some of the functions will measure more voltage. Instructions are built in on a metal panel inside the case, and in the Instruction Manual included.
