The item is a promotional Japanese Pokemon seal/sticker from the Meiji Milk Coca 2002 set featuring Venusaur with an impressive 3D rainbow holographic finish. The seal has a highly reflective surface resembling a mirror and the hologram is exceptionally bright. Capturing photos is challenging. These seals were not available for individual sale and are considered rare items. This is the gold variant. There are scratches please judge by the images.
