This piece is amazing considering its age it is marked
“Tiffany&Co Makers, 21615A, Sterling, M” the letter A should be for the pattern on the handle. The letter M is for who was president of the company at the time which narrows the time period to 47-55 for Louis de Bain Moore. The top is missing and has obvious signs of wear but it is coming up on possibly a hundred years old.
