Vintage 1960–61 transitional #4 Ponytail Barbie with strawberry blonde/reddish hair and black-and-white zebra swimsuit.
She has the heavy solid body and small neck knob associated with the #4 Ponytail, along with the lighter transitional torso color and Barbie® marking seen on some dolls produced during the transition into 1961.
Hair is still styled in the ponytail with curled bangs but shows age and frizzing. Swimsuit has a small hole at the front. Earrings are missing. Doll shows normal vintage wear, marks and scuffs from age and storage.
