Hand-painted surface remains bright and decorative with scattered scratches, small paint losses/chips and edge wear, including several visible areas along the outer rim. Reverse has surface scratches and general wear consistent with age and use. No major bends or structural damage noted from inspection. Beautiful large rectangular metal tray featuring elaborate hand-painted floral decoration in a traditional Scandinavian rosemaling-inspired style.
The center has scrolling blue-green foliate designs with stylized flowers in white, yellow, pink and green against a deep red background. The surrounding border features pierced geometric decoration highlighted in yellow, black and white.
