The pieces have thick, substantial bases and rounded, fire-finished rims.Each of the six glasses has a small irregularity along the rim area. These appear consistent with the handmade manufacturing process rather than later chips, as similar irregularities are present on all six glasses. Please review the close-up photos carefully for condition.The glass also displays bubbles and other small variations associated with hand-worked glass.Research suggests this set likely dates to the mid-20th century. Beacon Glass Company of Vineland, New Jersey produced hand-blown optic glass during this period in a documented color called “Aquamarine Blue,” and this set shares several characteristics with Beacon/Hofbauer production.
