Vintage ERTL John Deere 5020

This well-loved John Deere tractor was purchased at an Amish sale. It appears to have been repainted at least twice, as you can see areas of blue paint underneath the top coat of green. There are many scratches and chips.
The wheels all move freely. The front wheels move to the right very well when you move the steering wheel, and not as well when you move it to the left
(see video). The tires have areas of paint on them.
The exhaust pipes are missing from the hood. The steering wheel is slightly bent (but works). Most of the decals are missing. The body of the tractor is in good condition.
