This is a vintage tribal or ethnic belt with interconnected filigree plaques set with blue lapis lazuli stones, consistent with Central or South Asian traditional jewelry (such as Afghan or Kuchi styles). The metal is low-grade or tribal silver-tone metal alloy. There is some patina and the next owner can polish it to their liking. This appears to be a belt made for belly dancers at 34\" in length.
