A wonderfully cheerful vintage Grandmother’s Flower Garden quilt, measuring approximately 82 × 75 inches. Colorful hexagon flowers with sunny yellow centers bloom across a soft green background. An eclectic mix of florals, polka dots, and patterned fabrics gives each flower its own personality.
Visible hand quilting, a coordinating pale green backing, and beautifully shaped edges add to this quilt’s handmade charm. A lovely piece for a vintage textile collection, cottage-inspired bedroom, or gentle layering at the foot of a bed.
Well-loved vintage condition with several areas of thinning, tears, holes, and fabric loss, including larger openings where the batting is exposed. The green binding also shows wear, fraying, and splitting, with some loose stitching present. Please review all photos, especially the close-ups, as they form an important part of the condition description.
This quilt retains beautiful color and decorative appeal while showing the history of a much-loved textile. Offered as-is for gentle display, restoration, or repurposing.
This piece has been hand washed and hung to dry.
